Reviews about Greencross Vets Palm Beach

  • I have been into this vet clinic 3 times now with my puppy and the staff have been exceptional. The front reception staff are extremely welcoming, proficient and knowledgeable, and the veterinarians are both absolutely fantastic. They made sure that my puppy was at ease and was happy to be there, they were extremely helpful to me as a puppy owner, and generally it was obvious that they loved their jobs. I am so grateful for the service this staff provide so that going to the vet isn't an expensive and dreadful experience. Thanks guys!

Well done women, Behind the desk yesterday at palm beach. You made my mum feel degraded you brought my 72 year old mum to tears, who unfortunately has Alzheimer's. You made her wait, knowing that you would not let her dog been seen, who was not allowed to eat or drink for over 12 hours. My mother was brought to tears.... After the way she was treated yesterday. She had a text message confirming her appointment at 8.30. She was on time, but made to wait and wait. Then when the vet came out to call her dog in. The women at reception said out loud, in a packed waiting room, for all to hear. "no she is not next." And called for the next patient. My mum approached the desk and asked why? She had an outstanding bill. My mum explained she could not pay the last bill because her wallet was stolen, but could fix it up today......the women behind the desk replied, looking at mums new wallet, I thought you lost your wallet, implying my mother was lying. My mum even had enough cash on her to pay the bill, and when she offered to pay cash, my mum was looked at, and made to feel like a second class citizen. My mum walked out, having her baby/ dog not looked after and being made to feel humiliated and degraded. She then sat in her car and cried!!! I will no longer be taking my pet to your vets or any Cross vets, as long as that women is on the desk.
